Manager, Finance Operations

• Operational ticket queue management via SalesForce Case work
• Client specific task management
• Flex work hours due to client’s invoice and report cadence
• Occasionally complete weekend hours and extended hours
• Document, review, and resolve cycle processing errors
• Monitor own client tasks
• Support PBM Billing Cycle through project work, cycle issue resolution, and initiatives
• First line of support for issues arising from tasks and case work
• Work closely with internal Billing Production and Finance IT
• Improve revenue cycle processes
• Interface with multiple business units
• Attend or conduct conference calls
• Establish good rapport with internal and external partners
• Create work instruction documentation
• Identify, initiate, and follow through on enterprise-aligned projects
• Identify process inefficiencies and provide resolution recommendations
• Work within cross-functional teams to resolve issues with a broad organizational impact

5 or more years’ experience in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic work environment

• Experience in PMB revenue cycle environment
• Experience creating, reviewing, and approving project documents, reporting, work instructions
• Experience with SAP and SAP HANA, Access, and SAS is a plus
• Self-starter, goal- oriented, ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines
• Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel, with experience using functions such as PivotTables, V-Lookup, Filters, Macros
