Job Description:

You will serve as the primary finance partner to the Solutions and NXT Innovation organization, supporting Corporate Development, Platform, and Technology teams. This role provides strategic financial guidance to inform investment decisions, support merger and acquisition activity, improve solution performance, and drive platform optimization and continuous improvement. You will establish and maintain financial processes, reporting, and insights that enable effective decision-making across innovation and solutions portfolios.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Solutions and NXT leaders to support strategy development, investment decisions, and financial performance
  • Lead return-on-investment analysis for solution use cases, vertical prioritization, and acquisition opportunities
  • Deliver forecasting and variance analysis across margins, mix, spending, and acquisition activity
  • Provide financial analytics, performance tracking, and key performance indicator reporting for Solutions and NXT
  • Support resource planning, cost management, and roadmap execution, including integration and optimization initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, strategy, or business partnering roles
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing decisions in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights (Excel, Power BI)
