Job Description:

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in FP&A with exposure to commercial finance, with a focus on revenue and profitability. The role is based out of Cricut’s headquarter office in South Jordan, Utah and will work collaboratively with cross-functional leadership across departments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with global sales leadership to identify optimal go-to-market strategies and review sales performance results
  • Analyze customer profitability trends to ensure effectiveness of current strategies and efficiency of distribution
  • Develop enhanced internal reporting and data visualizations to support sales, sales operations, and pricing teams
  • Support FP&A and accounting peers during monthly and quarterly financial close processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive automation efficiencies with the data engineering team
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Cricut business model to deliver ad-hoc analysis at the direction of the CFO, VP of Finance, or other executives
  • Exhibit a problem-solving mindset and ability to act like an owner during day-to-day responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related field
  • 5+ years of finance, accounting, or similar experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel with exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, or Power BI
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for corporate strategy
  • Self-starter that assumes ownership of responsibilities and can deliver results amidst ambiguity
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver executive-level presentations
  • Willingness to be in-office 3+ days weekly and contribute to lively team environment
