This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in St. Petersburg, FL. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Finance Manager to join our Champs team in St. Petersburg, FL! This role is responsible for leading our omni-channel budgeting and weekly forecasting process by fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. The Finance Manager has the goal of driving profitability by managing risks and costs in support of the strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support budgeting and forecasting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Provide insights into financial results (vs prior year, vs forecast, vs annual operating plan) through well-supported financial analyses and reports on key productivity metrics
  • identify risks and opportunities
  • Drive profitability by ensuring efficiencies in various SG&A and overhead expense areas
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders across the organization to support financial planning, performance measurement, and strategic planning
  • Maximize the team’s collaboration and efficiency
  • Support the cross-functional interdependencies
  • Provide support to the management on special projects and requests, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years relevant job experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership and larger audiences
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
