This role is responsible for leading our omni-channel budgeting and weekly forecasting process by fostering a collaborative and agile work environment. The Finance Manager has the goal of driving profitability by managing risks and costs in support of the strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Support budgeting and forecasting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Provide insights into financial results (vs prior year, vs forecast, vs annual operating plan) through well-supported financial analyses and reports on key productivity metrics
identify risks and opportunities
Drive profitability by ensuring efficiencies in various SG&A and overhead expense areas
Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders across the organization to support financial planning, performance measurement, and strategic planning
Maximize the team’s collaboration and efficiency
Support the cross-functional interdependencies
Provide support to the management on special projects and requests, as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years relevant job experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable presenting to leadership and larger audiences
