Job Responsibility

  • Partner with GBS FP&A to deliver month-end closing, financial reporting and ensure high data integrity
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for assigned manufacturing sites in close collaboration with site leadership and GBS FP&A
  • drive and monitor operational execution
  • Steer plant productivity through performance analytics and close monitoring of cost development
  • Act as a finance business partner to site leadership by challenging decisions, developing action plans, and evaluating risks and opportunities
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic investments, decision-making and scenario planning
  • Support annual standard cost calculations and conduct in-depth product cost analyses to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage internal controls for assigned business processes
  • Drive initiatives to improve, modernize and standardize financial processes and tools
  • Lead or contribute to finance, plant and cross-functional projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering & Management
  • 6+ years of manufacturing finance experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost and profit center controlling within manufacturing
  • Solid experience in business cases, investment evaluations, cost calculations and KPI-based performance analysis
  • Proven management reporting and presentation skills
  • strong knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements
  • Advanced SAP FI/CO and BI knowledge
  • excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally across plant functions and global stakeholders
  • Background in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, multicultural awareness and business partnering mindset
  • Team-oriented personality with high energy, self-confidence and willingness to take on leadership and special projects
  • Fluent in German and English
