Job Responsibility:
Define and evolve the global field marketing vision including how we reach and convert accounts
Architect repeatable, measurable systems for pipeline influence & ROI tracking
Inspire excellence, foster creative experimentation, and ensure accountability to measurable outcomes across a team
Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and product. Build deep relationships with regional VPs and senior execs
Bring data to life by translating complex metrics and campaign outcomes into compelling narratives
Pilot new program types, technologies, and experiences that expand what field marketing can be
As our footprint expands, build the operational infrastructure, team structure, and playbooks that allow Figma’s field programs to grow
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in B2B or PLG marketing, with significant time leading field marketing, experiential, or executive experiences at scale
A track record of building strategic frameworks for measurement and ROI that shaped executive decision-making
Comfort leading both vision and execution, architecting a global strategy, while not being afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
Proven success cultivating trusted partnerships with senior sales leaders and executives, with the confidence and poise to influence at the C-level
Deep experience turning insights into stories - bringing numbers, outcomes, and customer impact to life through clear and inspiring communication
A growth mindset approach to experimentation, iteration, and constantly look for ways to innovate, automate, and scale
Nice to have:
Experience in a demand generation or account-based marketing position
Background running customer advisory boards and executive briefing centers
Experience creating programming and content narratives across event types
