Job Responsibility

  • Define and evolve the global field marketing vision including how we reach and convert accounts
  • Architect repeatable, measurable systems for pipeline influence & ROI tracking
  • Inspire excellence, foster creative experimentation, and ensure accountability to measurable outcomes across a team
  • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and product. Build deep relationships with regional VPs and senior execs
  • Bring data to life by translating complex metrics and campaign outcomes into compelling narratives
  • Pilot new program types, technologies, and experiences that expand what field marketing can be
  • As our footprint expands, build the operational infrastructure, team structure, and playbooks that allow Figma’s field programs to grow

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B or PLG marketing, with significant time leading field marketing, experiential, or executive experiences at scale
  • A track record of building strategic frameworks for measurement and ROI that shaped executive decision-making
  • Comfort leading both vision and execution, architecting a global strategy, while not being afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • Proven success cultivating trusted partnerships with senior sales leaders and executives, with the confidence and poise to influence at the C-level
  • Deep experience turning insights into stories - bringing numbers, outcomes, and customer impact to life through clear and inspiring communication
  • A growth mindset approach to experimentation, iteration, and constantly look for ways to innovate, automate, and scale

  • Experience in a demand generation or account-based marketing position
