Job Description:

Circle K Belgium is looking for a driven and inspiring Manager Field Engineering for the Benelux. The role involves leading a team of technical professionals, overseeing maintenance, modernization, and construction projects for service stations across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and managing a significant investment and maintenance budget. The position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and project management experience alongside language proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.

Job Responsibility:

Leading a team of 10 field engineers in the Benelux
overseeing the maintenance, modernization, and construction of service stations
monitoring budgets and optimizing maintenance costs
ensuring compliance with HSEQ guidelines and legislation
coordinating projects and aligning with other departments
optimizing work processes and team performance
reporting and documenting projects and installations
promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, with experience in construction or maintenance
at least 10 years of project management experience and several years of leadership experience
fluent in Dutch and French, and a good command of English
analytical skills, structured approach, and result-oriented mindset
knowledge of service stations is a plus
