Job Description

Circle K Belgium is looking for a driven and inspiring Manager Field Engineering for the Benelux. You will lead a team managing service stations, oversee construction and maintenance projects, optimize processes, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading a team of 10 field engineers in the Benelux
  • Overseeing the maintenance, modernization, and construction of service stations
  • Monitoring budgets and optimizing maintenance costs
  • Ensuring compliance with HSEQ guidelines and legislation
  • Coordinating projects and aligning with other departments
  • Optimizing work processes and team performance
  • Reporting and documenting projects and installations
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team

Requirements

  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, with experience in construction or maintenance
  • At least 10 years of project management experience and several years of leadership experience
  • Language skills: fluent in Dutch and French, and a good command of English
  • Analytical skills, structured approach, and result-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of service stations is a plus
