The Manager FDS Data & Reporting will be responsible to partner with financial stakeholders to evaluate and define reporting requirements, to design and develop reporting solutions that leverage financial reporting platforms, and to support validation of foundational data products that can be used for finance and enterprise-wide reporting initiatives.

Requirements:
Knowledge of SAP S4 modules, and related interdependencies
Reporting Tools - Power BI, Datasphere and/or Alteryx
AI Tools - Co-Pilot and willingness to learn additional AI tools/capabilities
Storytelling – ability to translate business reporting needs into technical report design
Knowledge of GAAP and deep understanding of internal controls, particularly with regard to data accuracy & completeness and report design principles
Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting processes
Overall understanding of Information Technology concepts
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinker
Basic level of understanding of Hershey business processes, and process improvement activities
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English is critical
Must be willing and capable to work at odd hours to support the region and projects
Capable of documenting and improving processes is important
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related degree
At least 5-10 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, and business systems
Experience must demonstrate the ability to function well in both the technical environments of financial systems, and Accounting and Reporting
