Job Description:

As a Facility Manager Soft Services at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating soft services within our managed facilities, ensuring a seamless and comfortable environment for occupants. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate regular maintenance activities for the facility
  • Oversee repairs and renovations to ensure the facility is in optimal condition
  • Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
  • Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance service delivery
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in soft services management
  • Manage and assist with the personal development of all direct reports
  • Develop and manage succession plans and appraisals for all direct reports
  • Actively seek to train subordinates in all aspects of the non- technical services
  • Actively multi skill all Jones Lang LaSalle staff
  • Prepare Daily/Weekly reports like Snags, TPV manpower count, attrition data
  • Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client
  • Conducting MMR on regular basis with respective clients
  • Presenting analysis on the record maintenance for further scope betterment
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for facility operations
  • Provide regular reports on facility performance and improvements
  • Manage service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery

  • Evaluate and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations
  • Implement changes to maintain compliance as regulations evolve
  • Communicate effectively with occupants, management, and relevant stakeholders
  • Address concerns and ensure a positive working environment for all
  • Identify potential risks to the facility and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen events
  • Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity
  • Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • More than 8 years in Facility Management – Soft Service
