We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Manager/Expert PMO who specializes in driving complex business transitions and flawless service delivery. Requirements
7–9 years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or management consulting, with a explicit track record of managing large-scale transitions, migrations, or agency-side delivery model implementations
Deep knowledge of the marketing lifecycle—including creative production, digital media, content strategy, and marketing technology (MarTech) ecosystems
Advanced skills in process mapping and structural workflow design using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio
Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet) and methodologies
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to influence matrixed stakeholder groups, manage resistance to change, and clearly articulate complex delivery metrics to C-suite leadership
PMP, Prosci (Change Management), Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable
