As Manager Events, you report to the Head of Brand Scenography. Within a growing team of nine, your primary mission is to define, structure and lead the Events & Exhibitions strategy of the Manufacture, strengthening brand visibility, experiential impact and global engagement. You will oversee flagship projects and ensure alignment between creative intent, operational excellence and business objectives. This role supports the strategic development of the Manufacture’s worldwide event activities.
Job Responsibility:
Set vision and steer strategy: define the vision, roadmap and priorities for Events & Exhibitions
partner with the Head of Brand Scenography to align initiatives, shape scalable ways of working and ensure coherence across touchpoints
Design meaningful experiences: create innovative experiential concepts that elevate storytelling and recognition
oversee customer journey design, scenography and the full execution of major events and exhibitions
Amplify global impact: identify opportunities to strengthen the Manufacture’s presence worldwide
ensure consistency across local market activations
develop and implement global guidelines, toolkits and best practices
Lead team and organization: structure the department, allocate responsibilities and resource projects effectively
lead, support and develop a team of nine, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture with clear performance follow‑up and continuous learning
Orchestrate partnerships and performance: collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Retail, Digital, Commercial and Creative teams
engage agencies and strategic partners to ensure quality and cost effectiveness
define KPIs, manage the global budget and measure impact and ROI
Requirements:
You hold a degree in communications, marketing, event management or a related field
You bring at least 8 years of managerial experience, ideally within premium, luxury or cultural environments
You demonstrate strong experience leading complex creative and operational event programs from concept to delivery
You have proven experience building and developing teams, including organizational structuring and skill development
You bring a solid understanding of brand identity, scenography and visual coherence across markets
You collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and communicate with clarity, respect and discretion
You demonstrate strength in budget management, resource allocation and cost optimization.
You are recognized for your organization, creativity, problem‑solving mindset and ability to foster inclusive, high‑performing teamwork
You are fluent in English and French, spoken and written
