Manager Environmental Services

• Manage the department‘s daily operations in accordance with existing departmental guidelines
• Assist the Environmental Services staff in the provision and maintenance of services provided with a specific focus on quality, safety and service
• Provide direct supervision to environmental services staff
• Assist the Director with program development and administrative tasks
• Interface effectively with all members of the health care team to render exceptional service to patients, guests, and others

• Associates Degree required
• Five years of Supervisory experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting
• Previous Environmental Services experience required
• Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• good interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, crisis oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with all levels of the organization
• Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years

Bachelor Degree preferred
