We’re looking for an APAC BDR Manager to lead and develop our regional Business Development team. This role is heavily centered on training, enablement, coaching, and building a high-performing outbound organisation across the Asia-Pacific region. You will elevate BDR talent through structured coaching, consistent skill development, and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and coach a regional team of BDRs across APAC
Build and deliver ongoing enablement programs, including onboarding, objection handling, outbound frameworks, and workflow mastery
Run and coach world-class discovery practices, including qualification frameworks, questioning techniques, and multi-threading fundamentals
Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, and performance reviews to drive consistent improvement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Enablement to refine regional outbound strategy and messaging
Build scalable playbooks and prospecting sequences tailored to APAC markets
Recruit, onboard, and grow top BDR talent
Drive pipeline creation targets through strong leadership, motivation, and coaching cadence
Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and data-driven techniques to elevate BDR efficiency and performance
Attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during second week at Fivetran
Requirements:
1–2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (SaaS/B2B tech preferred)
Strong passion for coaching early-career sellers, especially in discovery, outbound strategy, and objection handling
Proven track record in outbound sales development and consistent overachievement
Data-driven operator with strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
High learning aptitude and eagerness to embrace new technologies, processes, and GTM innovations
Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative environments
