  • Manage a team of professionals in R&T program management
  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and training, to enable employees to reach their goals

Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in engineering
  • more than 15 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering, including 3 as a team leader
  • strong knowledge of R&T management practices
  • strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and strong knowledge of early aircraft development phases
  • can manage multiple concurrent projects and activities
  • strives for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing at all levels
