Job Description

As a Manager on the Digital Yield team, you will play an impactful role in supporting and developing Fox’s yield strategy as it relates to audience targeting. You will focus on digital audience targeting in support of Ad Sale’s go-to-market efforts. In this position, you will play a key part in identifying and implementing new monetization techniques and sales opportunities from an audience selling perspective. You will train Sales and Sales support in communicating Fox’s data capabilities and new opportunities to meet marketplace demand. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Ad Tech, Data Platforms, Marketing and Ad Products. This role reports to the VP, Digital Yield – Entertainment & Audience.

Job Responsibility

  • Own inventory tracking, identity coverage and yield upside on all Fox audience data
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve yield efficiency, including pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation across platforms
  • Communicate Sales & marketplace priorities to data and identity teams, ensuring alignment with revenue and client performance goals
  • Partner with technical and data enablement teams to define audience roadmap and technical requirements for existing and new products, with an eye toward yield impact and market scalability
  • Support Sales teams with insights and tools to enhance proposal quality, optimize CPM performance, and strengthen go-to-market effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Marketing to redefine Fox data strategy in marketplace, from a cross-platform and cross-portfolio perspective, driving brand and audience differentiation
  • Forecast and analyze revenue opportunities tied to upcoming identity workstreams, partnerships, and new audience solutions, translating technical data into business outcomes
  • Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track data-driven yield and sales impact, and communicate insights to leadership
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing Analyst, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth in the areas of data monetization, yield strategy, and marketplace innovation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, manage capacity, and scale best practices across audience, data, and identity initiatives
  • Ideate and drive communication of strategy and positioning of new and existing 1st party data assets, in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales
  • Educate Sales & sales support teams on audience products in day-to-day based on Client needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in audience data in digital or addressable ecosystem
  • 2+ years of experience in productizing new offerings and developing strategy to support sales and marketplace
  • Experience as a people manager
  • Digital media knowledge
  • Ability to inform roadmap decisions and prioritization
  • College degree is required

Nice to have

Experience working with data management platforms (Liveramp, Transunion, CDPs), ad servers (FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager), BI tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus
