Job Responsibility

  • Manage digital project dependencies and program constructs to ensure effective execution of HR innovation solutions
  • Proactively identify, analyze, and implement strategic solutions affecting implementation success
  • Ensure enterprise goals and objectives are met by tracking trends in progress, recommending changes based on metrics, and stakeholder feedback
  • Proactively identify changes in program direction or scope conflicts with organizational goals
  • Collaborate across the HR portfolio from intake to delivery on digital and innovation initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Project Management, Business, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field
  • or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience, including 2+ years of complex project and program management experience focused on innovation and technology adoption
  • Experience in HR tech, digital transformation, or AI enablement, ideally within a high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with core HR systems (e.g., Workday) and a demonstrated ability to apply AI solutions in HR contexts
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player with a commitment to outcomes
  • Proficient in project management and planning software (e.g., Planview, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in healthcare or supply chain industries is preferred
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, process automation tools, and AI ethics frameworks is a plus
  • Previous consulting experience in AI/HR transformation
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and employee experiences
  • Experience working in product management, design thinking, or change management capacities
