This person understands that YouTube is not just a platform, but an ecosystem where content, audience behavior, and data all work together. You are someone who can balance creativity with analytics. You know how to spot what is working, understand why it is working, and then push it even further. At the same time, you are curious, proactive, and excited to keep learning as the platform evolves. The Manager, Digital Content Distribution will help shape how our content shows up on YouTube, grow audiences, and create meaningful fan engagement that supports both creative goals and business outcomes. • Regularly report on channel performance, highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities for growth to both creative and business stakeholders
  • Help define and track KPIs, ensuring channel goals are aligned with broader company objectives
  • Stay on top of platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices to keep FOX channels competitive and innovative
  • Work cross-functionally with teams, including social, analytics, programming, and rights management to ensure seamless execution and compliance

Requirements
