Job Description

As a MANAGER – DIGITAL ANALYTICS at adidas EM eCom, you will own the analytics strategy for digital storefronts across web and app, ensuring data-driven decisions that enhance consumer experience and drive business growth. This role is highly hands-on and requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to manage a small team and deliver actionable insights. You will partner closely with Marketing, CX, Digital Merchandising, Digital Activation, and market teams to provide robust reporting, KPI steering, and advanced analytics. Your work will directly influence how consumers interact with our platforms, optimize conversion funnels, and improve overall performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform deep-dive analyses on consumer behavior and identify opportunities for improving .com and app experiences
  • Connect insights across channels and markets to drive holistic recommendations
  • Act as the functional expert for KPIs across the conversion funnel
  • Lead forecasting and opportunity sizing aligned with business plans
  • Advise on testing methodologies and ensure robust measurement frameworks
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards in ADOBE ANALYTICS, APSFLYER, AMPLITUDE, and FUNNEL.IO
  • Ensure reporting reliability and accuracy for eCom KPIs
  • Manage development roadmaps and prioritize enhancements for analytics tools
  • Lead analytics conversations, ensuring workload balance and skill development

Requirements

  • 6+ years in web/app analytics with proven experience in ADOBE ANALYTICS, GA4, AMPLITUDE, FUNNEL.IO, and APPSFLYER
  • Strong SQL skills for clickstream data manipulation
  • Experience in CHANNEL-LEVEL PLANNING and working with multiple markets
  • Hands-on experience managing complex analytical projects end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills to present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and tools like PYTHON or R
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results under tight timelines
  • People management experience preferred
  • University degree in Engineering, MBA
  • Passion for sports and the adidas brand
  • Fluent in English
