Pfizer’s Global Identity Security and Access Management (ISAM) team plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s digital assets, protecting everything from our innovative scientific research to our manufacturing operations, and ensuring the security of the data we rely on to serve patients worldwide. As part of our strategic commitment to enhancing security posture, the ISAM team is embarking on a multi-year modernization and transformation effort. Strong identity security and access controls are vital to the security and operational resilience of Pfizer. This hands-on leadership role is designed for an individual who thrives in both a managerial capacity and enjoys actively contributing to coding, testing, and reviewing technical work. The Manager, DevOps will play a key role in leading a talented DevOps team while ensuring the successful deployment, automation, and scalability of our applications across both cloud and on-premises environments. As a technical leader, the manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation, while also being deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the DevOps lifecycle. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Identity Lifecycle Management and requires communication skills, and a strong drive for accountability, ownership, and pride in work.
