Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Every year, our campaigns mobilise communities across the globe to fundraise, challenge themselves, and drive real change. In Canada, we're growing, and we need someone who can help us grow with us. As Manager, Development, you'll own a portfolio of corporate teams and individual fundraisers across Canada, building the relationships and results that make Movember's annual campaign a success. You'll be joining a fundraising team that values both hustle and heart — the kind of people who genuinely believe in what they're selling. This is an existing role in our team structure.
Job Responsibility:
Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, challenges, and individual fundraisers, with a clear focus on both acquiring new supporters and retaining the ones we have
Deliver stewardship touchpoints, present Movember's work to key accounts (in person and virtually), attend events, and identify revenue opportunities across your patch
Contribute to broader fundraising strategy - supporting planning cycles, executing stewardship plans, and keeping your pipeline sharp and your Salesforce records cleaner than anyone else on the team
Work across Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships to find creative ways to leverage your accounts' networks, assets, and employees to drive campaign results
Requirements:
At least three years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising or revenue development, with a proven track record managing corporate accounts and individual fundraiser portfolios
Fluency in both English and French
A demonstrated ability to hit revenue targets and bring people along with you in the process
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build lasting relationships across all levels, whether one-on-one or presenting to a room
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines concurrently without dropping the ball
A self-starter mindset - high initiative, strong problem-solving instincts, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced campaign environment
Flexibility to travel nationally and attend events outside standard hours when the campaign calls for it
