Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Manager to lead and grow our Delivery Services function within the Customer Solutions Group, driving implementation services across the region. You will manage a team of Customer Onboarding Managers (COMs) responsible for project management and Resident Solution Architects (RSAs) responsible for providing both advisory and hands-on technical consulting services. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, commercial impact and strategic excellence. You will ensure our customers realise value quickly and successfully through initial implementation, foster and evangelise a culture of services sales across the Revenue Org, and lead initiatives alongside senior stakeholders that continue to mature the function both in-region and globally.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of Onboarding Managers and Resident Solutions Architects, ensuring high-quality delivery across paid implementations
Own accountability for Delivery Services provided to Fivetran customers, working across regions to ensure scope clarity, operational consistency, and measurable outcomes
Develop and mature the Delivery Services function, formalising practices, reinforcing tooling and process adoption, and enabling scale across Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Partner with GTM and CS leadership to align paid Services with Fivetran’s strategic growth objectives, ensuring customer engagements directly support revenue adoption, growth and retention
Oversee project execution and governance, including delivery scoping, onboarding, technical consultancy and, where appropriate, escalation management
Enable team development and growth, providing 1x1 coaching, managing career development plans (CDPs), and creating an environment where attention-to-detail and customer-first outcomes are prioritised
Work with partners and other GTM stakeholders to expand the scope and impact of Fivetran Services while maintaining delivery excellence and customer trust
Requirements:
Leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to tie Services delivery directly to measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, retention, utilization)
Technical familiarity with data integration tooling and adjacent technologies
Operational discipline, with experience implementing structured project and resource management practices
Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior cross-functional peers (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Partners) and senior customer stakeholders alike
Analytical mindset, with comfort in leveraging metrics to drive accountability and decision-making
