Job Description:

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Delivery Operations to lead and grow a team of Delivery Operations Managers within Snorkel’s Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and throughput with our expert contributors, scaling processes, and ensuring that our delivery teams consistently meet customer requirements with quality and timeliness. This is a people-leadership role that balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and develop the Production Manager team: hire, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing ICs to execute on data delivery projects
Drive operational excellence: oversee project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of customer datasets
Partner cross-functionally: collaborate with research, engineering, GTM, and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and unblock delivery challenges
Optimize processes: identify and implement improvements to workflows, quality assurance, and pipeline monitoring
Ensure customer success: translate customer needs into actionable delivery plans and hold teams accountable for execution
Report and communicate: provide updates and insights to the Head of Delivery and senior leadership on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

5+ years in delivery operations, program management, or related fields
at least 1–3 years of people leadership
proven ability to coach, mentor, and scale a team
track record of driving process improvements and delivering on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
ability to clearly articulate project status, risks, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
proactive and resourceful in resolving challenges and managing ambiguity
thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

Nice to have:

Experience working in data, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments
Exposure to customer-facing delivery or field operations
