Job Description

Manager, Deal Management supporting the SOA sub-region division in deal structuring, financial analysis, and business advisory for Mastercard in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Maldives. The role involves rigorous review of business cases, negotiation with account teams, guidance to legal, and driving compliance and financial acumen across the division.

Job Responsibility

  • Support Business Development Finance and business units in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Maldives to build profitable and protected deals
  • perform rigorous reviews, negotiations, and scenario analysis on business cases
  • provide guidance to legal department on deal structures
  • communicate corporate and regional policies
  • build financial capabilities within business teams
  • work with business teams to provide insights and financial support on strategic deals
  • drive regional Deal Management projects and initiatives
  • champion regional reporting for Deal Management and ensure data integrity
