Job Description:

Manager, DCC Operations in the Markets and Securities Services team at HSBC. Responsible for processing day-to-day operations, tax certificates, FX repatriations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Includes maintaining relationships with stakeholders, acting as SME for the desk handled, and supporting long-term strategic implementation.

Job Responsibility:

To accurately process/check the day to day operations related activities which includes processing of tax certificates and payments
To timely report transactions/payments to tax consultants/clients so as to enable seamless FX repatriations for clients
Maintain working relationship with internal & external stakeholders
SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the respective desk being handled
Assist the line manager in implementation of longer-term strategic vision for the operations unit, including assisting in testing and implementing system changes
Needs to have high computer proficiency in Excel/Word

Requirements:

Graduate with 3-5 years of experience
Professional Masters / Post Graduate degree preferred
Capital Market knowledge is preferred
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment
