Job Responsibility:
Lead the data product strategy, design, delivery, and consumer convergence of for 1-2 key Travel produced data domains
Lead 2 tech teams to deliver data pipelines and standardized data assets to power human and AI enabled consumer use cases across the Travel business
Take an outcome based approach to shaping the data platform roadmap, informed by a “customer first” understanding of data consumption use cases
Support risk sloped delivery of major data centralization effort to set the business up for future growth
Support data governance and well managed agenda through existing or new capabilities (e.g. data quality tooling) and constructs (e.g. governance models)
Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
