Job Description

We are seeking a Manager, Data & Commercial Analytics, for a project based assignment, to lead and elevate the commercial analytics function as the organization scales globally. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for transforming growing volumes of retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and client data into clear, trusted, and actionable commercial decisions. You will combine people management with direct analytical ownership, defining KPI frameworks, driving performance storytelling, and leading high-impact analyses that inform trading, merchandising, marketing, clienteling, and financial decisions. This role will help transition the organization from ad-hoc reporting to a disciplined, scalable analytics operating rhythm while remaining pragmatic, fast-moving, and closely connected to the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the Data & Commercial Analytics function
  • Own analytics intake, prioritization, and delivery across commercial domains

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, including leadership exposure
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Strong experience with BI tools and dashboard development
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen in performance-driven environments
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts
  • High discretion and sound judgment
  • Polished and concise communication style
