To strategize for an Operations sub-function (Data Annotation Operations / Emerging Technology Enablement) of Capital One Philippines. To implement policies and to identify opportunity areas to ensure sub-functional efficiency. To be responsible for the strategic management of a team of managers/professionals. To maintain partnerships across the organization to further the function’s goals. The role holder will have a solid understanding and experience with labelling & annotation programs, including AI and ML workflows.
