Job Description

Mindshare is looking for a Manager Data & Analytics to join us. In this role, you will be assisting the Associate Business Director – Digital & Data quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at Mindshare. Supporting the Media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and/or test and trials.

Job Responsibility

  • Understand the business needs of internal stakeholder, solve their problems by using data and translate data into business insights and analysis
  • Support data & analytics team and other stakeholders with analytics agendas impacting campaigns
  • Measurement framework

  • Become a confident user of systems and tools within GroupM and the industry
  • Build relationships internally across disciplines and countries
  • Support teams in analyzing data and finding insights
  • Formulate strategic recommendations with data & analytics team and above based on gathered insights
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new tools and solutions
  • Collate data and support data & analytics team with the delivery of reporting for clients
  • Audit new external tools to build a wider knowledge of the market.

Requirements

  • Natural affinity with numbers and analysis, strong Excel / G-sheet skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Competent querying languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Ability to create dashboards on tools like Power Bi, Google Data Studio, Tableau
  • Familiarity with statistical modelling (e.g., seasonality, multi-touch attribution, etc.)
  • Familiar with statistical / programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media/marketing data and analytics.
