Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to join our team!! Work Schedule Candidate is required to follow the work schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. Role Overview The Manager, Data & Analytics Services will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. This role focuses on managing analytics delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team development, ensuring timely and reliable reporting and insights for the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, and similar BI platforms
  • Oversee the development of insightful, user-friendly reports and dashboards aligned with business needs
  • Plan, assign, and monitor team deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality analytics outputs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
  • Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in reporting, data visualization, and analytics delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring analytics teams
