Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Data & Analytics Manager to lead our data initiatives, guide a technical team, and drive the development of modern reporting, analytics, and governance capabilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data to support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses, reporting platforms, and integration pipelines
  • Drive adoption and utilization of Microsoft Fabric, ensuring scalable and reliable data solutions
  • Implement and champion data governance standards, analytics best practices, and documentation processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Evaluate and optimize BI tools, cloud platforms, and analytics technologies to support evolving business needs
  • Review and interpret complex technical documentation to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Support regulatory, audit, and compliance expectations related to data management (preferred experience with regulated industries)
  • Oversee and enhance reporting environments, including potential utilization of Zoho Analytics
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining clear priorities and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Data Science or Analytics or related field
  • 5+ years - Data, analytics, business intelligence, or related IT disciplines
  • 2+ years - Leading or managing technical teams
  • Expertise - Data warehousing concepts, BI/reporting platforms, and data integration methodologies
  • MS Fabric - Hands-on experience
  • Verbal & Written Communication - The ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Practical experience with modern business intelligence tools, cloud data ecosystems, and analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to implement data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Familiarity with Zoho Analytics
