As Manager, Portfolio and Product Operations in Capital One’s Enterprise Cyber Security organization, we are seeking someone to drive product management excellence and organizational delivery performance through scalable tools, standardized processes, and data-driven insights. This role sits at the intersection of product management, operations, and analytics, enabling teams to deliver value with greater consistency, predictability, and efficiency. You will act as a force multiplier for Product Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) by designing and implementing tooling, templates, and operating mechanisms that elevate how work gets done. This is a non-people leader role with high influence across teams and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement standardized frameworks, templates, and playbooks for Product Managers
Establish clear definitions of done, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks
Enable consistent product planning and execution practices across teams and ARTs
Partner with Product and Cyber leaders to improve strategy-to-execution alignment
Define and evolve the operating model for product delivery, ensuing clarity, simplicity, and predictability
Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements at scale
Drive adoption of best practices across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams
Support PI Planning, Quarterly Reviews, and other operating cadences
Design, configure, and optimization of product and delivery tools
Build scalable solutions such as Automated reporting dashboards, Roadmap generation, Data quality scorecards, and Reduce manual reporting overhead through automation and system integration
Define and track KPIs and OKRs related to product performance and delivery health
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership delivery
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover delivery risks and trends, capacity and throughput insights, data integrity issues
Translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders and teams
Drive adoption of new tools, templates, and processes through training, communication, and enablement
Act as a trusted advisor to Product Managers and leaders
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
At least 4 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management
At least 4 years experience working in Agile environments
At least 4 years experience working with Jira and Confluence
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years experience in configuring and optimizing Jira, Tableau, QuickSight and Confluence
