We are seeking a Cyber Security Data & Reporting Analyst to strengthen our CHARM (Cyber Health Adaptive Risk Method) capability by enhancing the way VOIS uses data to drive risk-based decisions. This role will focus on onboarding and maintaining cyber security data feeds, ensuring data quality, and supporting central analytics within QlikSense and Google Cloud Platform. The individual will also be responsible for creating dashboards, improving data accuracy, and supporting senior stakeholders through clear, insights-driven reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with data owners, markets, and entities to ensure the integrity and accuracy of cyber security data feeds
Onboard new data feeds in accordance with established architectural guidelines across GCP and Qlik platforms
Support reporting activities related to strategic objectives, KPIs, and overall progress of the Global Cyber Security team
Implement and maintain automated and real-time analytics for Cyber Security Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of senior management reporting by compiling monthly dashboards, providing data-driven updates, and collaborating with global and market SPOCs to consolidate programme and KRI information
Requirements:
Skilled in interpreting Security KPIs and KRIs, with the ability to conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and support decision-making
Experienced in designing and implementing reporting frameworks across large and diverse global organisations
Proactive, organised, and confident in working autonomously while meeting strict timelines
Able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations through compelling reporting
Strong communicator who can simplify technical, complex information for varied audiences
Proficient in PowerBI, SAP tools, Qlik, and QlikSense dashboard development
Possess strong business acumen, ideally with experience in the telecommunications, technology, or security sectors
Experienced in KPI management, reporting, and business analysis
Educated to degree level
