Job Description:

Manager Customer Service role in HSBC's Global Asset Management business, responsible for managing distributor channel network and ensuring high performance in customer service operations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage distributor channel network (Banks, National Distributors and IFAs)
Ensure high mind share for products through innovative promotional schemes
Deliver aggressive sales budgets
Review customer/distributor complaints & queries received at RTA CC through Phone/Email
Ensure timely response and closure of queries
Review NPS and CSAT survey and implement changes
Ensure MIS and reporting related to monthly complaints & activities is delivered timely
Quality analysis of calls/emails of CC agents
Provide feedback and trainings to maintain Quality as per SLA
Supervise CAMS CC team
Ensure proper training to new joiners
Complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of complaints and track for preventive and corrective action

Requirements:

Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Mutual Fund Industry
NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination with valid certificate
Excellent verbal and written communication, team and interpersonal skills
Good decision-making skills
Experience in Customer interface
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Advance Excel
