Job Description:

As the Manager of Customer Advocacy & Social Media, you are building a movement to highlight innovative customers and harness them as a strategic growth lever. You will cultivate an elite community of data leaders to secure external validation that Ataccama is the choice for Data Trust in the AI age, owning the bridge between Customer Success and Market Perception.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cultivate the Data Trust community by building and nurturing customer advocates
  • Orchestrate market authority on G2, Gartner, & AEO
  • Lead video-first social influence through technical videos and testimonials
  • Manage strategic reference pipeline of marquee case studies
  • Own Ataccama’s presence on all social channels and develop social content strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of turning happy customers into a strategic lever
  • Understanding of how AI is reshaping buyer engagement
  • Ability to bring levity to data management and speak the language of data leaders, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and similar platforms for B2B impact
  • Ability to elevate senior leaders through peer-to-peer influence and translate executive POVs into authentic social narratives
