Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager, Culture Comms who is passionate about social media. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, socially-savvy, and detail oriented. You should be able to react quickly in a fast paced environment, taking ownership of delivering our best work. You should be truly passionate about social media, what trends are shaping it, what best practice looks like and how brands and fans are changing the landscape.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work side by side with our internal and client team to develop and execute social strategies
  • Build, manage, execute and social content plans, channel strategies and calendars across always-on and campaigns
  • Have a thorough understanding of the brand compass and the social strategy and how it plays out in your day-to-day role
  • Lead tactical creative briefs by channel, audience and content pillar in partnership with Strategy team
  • Understand the ins-and-outs of channel updates and form POVs to share implications for internal and external partners
  • Regularly guide a variety of brands on reactive content opportunities and create rationale for clients
  • Lead a social media audits and research deepdives in partnership with R&I teams and present back to clients
  • Can confidently be the 'voice of Gen Z' to clients and internal teams
  • Trusted team player who can provide constructive feedback to internal teams with tact to improve quality of work
  • Stay ahead of AI tools and trends and leverage features to supercharge workflow, synthesize research and iterate on strategic frameworks, insights and audience personas

Requirements:

  • Serial social media user who can show a deep understanding of key platforms
  • Deeply passionate about culture, trends, fandoms and communities
  • Creative brief and content planning experience
  • Confident research capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interface with clients across contexts
  • Effective communication skills
