Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketer to join a premier organization dedicated to a "customer-first" mission. In this role, you will champion a world-class paid membership program that makes everyday life more convenient, rewarding, and affordable for our members. As a vital part of our Lifecycle Marketing Team, you will focus on the most exciting stages of the member journey. This role is specifically designed to support new benefit launches and exclusive member-only events, ensuring that every new feature we introduce drives meaningful engagement and long-term loyalty.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the Benefits & Events Marketing lead to execute against new benefit and member event objectives
  • Build and execute launch plans for new benefits, member-only events, and product enhancements, using planning tools to streamline timelines, scenario-plan, and improve cross-functional alignment
  • Collaborate with analytics partners to measure launch and event performance, identify patterns, forecast behavior, and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Write clear, strategic creative briefs and collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver high-quality assets
  • Own the marketing calendar for benefit launches and events
  • recap performance and iterate on messaging, segmentation, and creative to improve in-market results
  • Identify triggered CRM opportunities in partnership with Brand, Early Tenure, and Later Tenure teams
  • Work with CRM Product and Engineering teams to build and refine automated programs, leveraging predictive models for smarter targeting and personalization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a strong focus on CRM and loyalty
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing direct-response campaigns across owned channels (email, push, in-app, on-site, etc.)
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use AI-enabled tools and insights to inform decisions
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for building meaningful member experiences
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
  • Agile, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering with creative, operations, product, and analytics teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
