Achieve site and system goals for Clinical Outcomes in all areas of responsibility
Improve department and organization's outcomes by providing leadership to performance improvement activities

Requirements:
Graduation from approved School of Nursing
3-5 years of experience in specialty area
Management development training with progressive supervisory assignments
BSN minimum
Management experience 2-3 years
Board Certification within two years of hire
annual requirement of 10 CEUs
Excellent management skills including ability to work well with others, team building skills, communication and presentation skills
Ability to succeed in a changing environment and handle multiple responsibilities
Knowledge of strategic planning
