Job Description

We’re seeking a Manager Credit and Collections to support a leading media company. This position is based on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to oversee accounts receivable and collection functions within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the aging reports, identify high-risk accounts, and manage escalation procedures
  • Collaborate with sales, legal teams, and exhibitors to resolve overdue payments
  • Ensure the collection process complies with SOX controls
  • Support internal and external audits and communicate with various stakeholders
  • Reconcile banking deposits with sales and billing records, ensuring prompt posting of cash deposits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Over 5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience with sales billing and/or subledger systems
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Knowledge of Oracle and AI learning tools is a plus
