Job Description:

The Manager, Creator Partnerships & UGC is the business owner of the MAG Creator Platform, My Amazon Guy’s proprietary system for managing user-generated content (UGC) and affiliate partnerships across 400+ brands. This role oversees the platform’s success end-to-end: strategy, operations, and team growth. Working alongside the Lead Developer, the Manager ensures the product roadmap, creator network, and campaign operations scale efficiently while meeting ROI targets for MAG’s brands. As the point leader for creator partnerships and affiliate-driven growth, the Manager will establish scalable workflows for onboarding, compliance, content approvals, payments, and reporting. By building strong creator relationships and ensuring campaign excellence, they will drive revenue and elevate content quality across the portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary business owner for the MAG Creator Platform, partnering with Lead Developer to guide roadmap priorities
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and operational processes
  • Monitor platform adoption, usability, and ROI across 400+ brands
  • Recommend feature enhancements to improve creator experience, content quality, and performance tracking
  • Design and implement the end-to-end creator lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, proposals, approvals, content delivery, and payments
  • Develop standards for creator quality, performance scoring, and tiering
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top creators and affiliates
  • Create guidelines for brand compliance, FTC disclosures, and usage rights
  • Oversee all campaigns run through the platform: product seeding, UGC packages, sponsored posts, giveaways, and affiliate programs
  • Manage affiliate structures (codes, attribution links, commissions) and ensure tracking integrity
  • Align campaigns with My Amazon Guy’s 400+ brand portfolio, ensuring multi-brand visibility and ROI
  • Recruit and lead an operations team to handle creator support, campaign QA, and content moderation
  • Establish SOPs for day-to-day operations: content review, performance reporting, and creator payouts
  • Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture within the team
  • Monitor dashboards for platform KPIs: creator participation, campaign ROI, content approval rates, affiliate revenue, etc
  • Provide quarterly reports to leadership on platform impact and growth
  • Identify trends in creator engagement, content quality, and conversion, using insights to optimize strategy
  • Work closely with: Lead Developer on feature builds, bug fixes, and integrations
  • Creative Strategists for ad briefs and content quality feedback
  • Brand Managers to align UGC and affiliate efforts with brand goals
  • Finance to ensure accurate creator payment processing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or UGC operations (agency or brand side)
  • Proven success owning programs or products end-to-end — from roadmap to ops
  • Deep understanding of UGC, affiliate programs, and social media ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Comfort with analytics dashboards and data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing or collaborating with developers on SaaS or internal tools
  • Strong leadership: able to hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Amazon Attribution or marketplace integrations
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking systems, coupon codes, or influencer SaaS
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for influencer marketing (FTC, GDPR)
What we offer:
  • Permanent work-from-home setup
  • Unlimited FREE access to MAG School courses and SOP Library
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
