Job Description

The Manager, Creative Strategy Marketing is responsible for developing visual communication strategies and static creative assets that support Disney+ content and brand marketing initiatives. This role contributes to the development of Key Art, visual identity systems, and marketing assets for Disney+ original and local content titles, helping shape how audiences discover, experience, and connect with content. Working closely with local, APAC, and global stakeholders, the role develops creative solutions that are locally relevant while scalable across multiple markets, supporting the broader reach of Korean content internationally. In addition, this role partners with the Brand & Franchise team to develop marketing creative supporting Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Hulu campaigns, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience across consumer touchpoints.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for Disney+ content marketing campaigns
  • Translate content positioning and key messaging into compelling visual communication
  • Develop creative briefs and provide creative direction throughout campaign development
  • Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all consumer-facing touchpoints
  • Develop Key Art, visual identity systems, and static marketing assets for Disney+ content titles
  • Create and oversee posters, digital assets, OOH creative, and other campaign materials
  • Participate in photography shoots, art direction, and design development processes
  • Support visual storytelling approaches that strengthen audience engagement and content appeal

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 9+ years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Marketing, or related fields
  • Experience developing Key Art, posters, and visual communication campaigns
  • Strong creative judgment, visual storytelling, and design sensibility
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Business level English communication skills or above
  • Portfolio submission is required
