Job Description:

As Manager Corporate Development, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy and corporate development of ConverterTec Group globally. You will drive value creation and performance improvement projects, support the extension into new markets, products, and customer groups, and contribute to buy & build and integration strategies. You will report directly to the executive leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and execution of ConverterTec Group’s global strategy
  • Lead and coordinate value creation and performance improvement projects across business units
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new markets, products, and customer segments
  • Support buy & build initiatives, including target identification, due diligence, and post-merger integration
  • Develop and implement integration strategies for acquired businesses
  • Prepare business cases, market analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive management
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, R&D, sales) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate development processes and tools

Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in corporate development, strategy consulting, or a similar role, ideally in an international industrial environment
  • Proven track record in managing strategic projects, M&A, and integration processes
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English
  • German or Polish language skills are an advantage
  • High level of initiative, commitment, and ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Experience in working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Willingness to work and travel internationally when necessary
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong implementation skills
  • Experience and interest to work with modern tools such as MS365 (i.e. Teams, Copilot, Sharepoint, Office, etc.)
