Manager, Corporate Compliance

• Managing market conduct exams/audits and regulatory inquiries
• interacting with state regulators
• driving successful implementation of corrective action plans
• providing subject matter expertise on state regulatory environment to business areas, other compliance teams and legal areas
• ensuring all functions, operations, and activities are conducted in accordance with Company standards for conduct and integrity, and all applicable laws and regulations

• 5+ years of compliance and/or audit experience in the healthcare industry
• 3+ years of project management experience

Regulatory experience, specifically working with regulators and/or audit management
