Job Description

This role sits within the executive communications function and serves as a strategic partner across the organization. The Manager of Corporate Communications will lead high-profile internal and external communications initiatives, with a strong emphasis on financial storytelling, enterprise reporting, and executive-level messaging. This position blends hands-on content development with strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale enterprise reports, including impact, annual, fundraising, and year-end publications (impact reports)
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, engaging narratives for internal and external audiences
  • Partner closely with finance, leadership, and internal stakeholders to shape messaging and communications strategy
  • Support executive and CEO communications, including presentations, key messages, and organizational updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and assist with public statements and external messaging
  • Oversee website and digital content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness
  • Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver polished, on-brand communications materials
  • Develop and deliver internal communications tied to organizational changes, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive corporate communications experience
  • Strong background in financial communications and reporting
  • Proven experience leading major publications such as impact reports or annual reports
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building skills
  • Comfort working with senior executives and presenting complex information clearly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
