Manager, Corporate Accounting

• Manage direct reports, including hiring selection, coaching, mentoring, development, performance management and all other people-management practices, including DE&I
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in a complex, multi-currency environment under US GAAP and IFRS
• Oversee full cycle accounting processes, including the review and preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules and variance analysis
• Support interim and year-end financial audits, including preparing support documentation, liaising with internal stakeholders and communicating with external auditors
• Act as a key member of the team in the development, implementation, and improvement of processes and internal controls
• Support the Finance team with strategic initiatives, system implementations, and other special projects as required
• Review and provide recommendations to improve and enhance internal procedures and guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred)
• 8-12 years of progressive accounting experience within a team responsible for full-cycle accounting and month-end close for a complex global organization
• Experience in a global software, SaaS, or technology company
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS
• Proven ability to manage complex close processes and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with consolidation and accounting for multiple currencies and eliminations
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and best practice accounting processes

Experience with various finance systems and tools (NetSuite, Workiva, Salesforce, Zip, Zuora etc.) is an asset
