Job Description

Our Content Manager, SEA will play a critical role in planning, developing, and delivering high-impact content across paid media, case studies, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, field marketing, and thought leadership channels. You’ll craft compelling narratives that position Airwallex as an innovator, partner of choice, and market leader for B2B audiences across the region. Your work will drive awareness, engagement, and preference for Airwallex’s solutions by creating and localising a diverse range of content—including case studies (both written and video), campaign assets, and executive bylines. You will work closely with marketing, product, commercial, and design teams as well as external partners to ensure content strategy is aligned with business priorities and local market nuances. This is a unique opportunity to build Airwallex’s content engine in SEA, shaping the voice of our brand and accelerating our growth in the region.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a holistic content strategy for the SEA region, supporting paid media campaigns, ABM initiatives, field marketing activations, and thought leadership efforts
  • Manage the creation, curation, and localisation of campaign assets across various formats (ad creatives, landing pages, emails, event collateral, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, etc.)
  • Own the development and production of impactful customer case studies and testimonials (written and video), working with clients and internal teams to showcase Airwallex’s value and business impact
  • Partner with field marketing leads to create tailored content for in-person and virtual events, executive roundtables, and workshops
  • Drive the creation and amplification of thought leadership content—including executive op-eds, research reports, market insights, blog posts, and video series—to position Airwallex as a trusted authority and influencer in fintech
  • Support the production of high-performing ad and ABM creatives, partnering closely with digital, design, and performance teams to ensure alignment on messaging and optimization for conversion
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer challenges, and competitor messaging to ensure Airwallex content stays relevant, differentiated, and engaging
  • Collaborate with commercial and product teams to distill complex solutions into accessible, persuasive content for diverse B2B audiences
  • Oversee content calendar management, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of campaigns, launches, and field marketing activities
  • Track and analyse content performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate ROI
  • Manage freelance writers, agencies, or video producers as needed for scalable content execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, or related roles within a B2B, fintech, or technology environment
  • Demonstrable experience creating content for paid media, ABM, field marketing, and thought leadership campaigns
  • Track record of managing the end-to-end production of customer case studies, including video formats
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and design teams on integrated marketing initiatives
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • able to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing editorial calendars and multiple production workflows
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable using performance data to drive content improvements and demonstrate impact
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal)
