Position Summary The Manager, Content Coordination is responsible for the precise execution of content ingestion, validation, and workflow management within the Avenue Content Management Database. This role serves as the tactical link between client creative briefs (via Workfront) and final production-ready data. You will ensure that all content variables are accurately mapped, approved, and delivered to our printing partners without error.
Job Responsibility:
Data Ingestion & Management: Execute the migration of client content from excel (crosswalks), workfront or pdf into the Avenue database using Master Ingestion Documents (MIDs)
Variable Accuracy: Audit and manage complex content variables, including logos, telephone numbers, Materials, multi-language copy, and legal disclaimers
Workflow Coordination: Move projects through the Workfront lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders (Clients, Legal, Art Directors) have provided required sign-offs before data locks
Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous eyes-on QA of data exports to ensure the output matches the client's intent and technical print specifications
Printer Liaison: Prepare and transmit final data packages to the printer
troubleshoot any data formatting issues reported by production vendors
Database Hygiene: Maintain the integrity of the Avenue platform by archiving old campaigns and updating master templates
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in digital content coordination, traffic management, or data entry (preferably in a healthcare marketing)
Workfront: Experience managing tasks and status updates
Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills (VLOOKUPs, Data Validation, Filtering) are essential for managing MIDs
Detail Orientation: Ability to spot typos, formatting inconsistencies, and broken links across large datasets
Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical data requirements to non-technical client teams

Avenue (or similar CMS/PIM): Direct experience with Avenue is a major plus, but a high tech-aptitude for database software is required
