Job Description:

Are you a dynamic communication professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and shape PR and communication strategies? We’re seeking a PR & Communication Manager to step in for a maternity cover. This role offers the chance to drive impactful projects and oversee a broad range of communication channels, all while working closely with a passionate team and senior leadership. Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute PR and communication strategies across multiple channels, including podcasts, newsletters, social media, and media relations
Manage and coordinate external service providers, including PR agencies and freelancers, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns
Oversee brand strategy and development, working closely with an in-house designer to create impactful materials and maintain brand consistency
Prepare key stakeholders for events and conferences, including crafting presentations and briefing materials
Collaborate directly with senior leadership on team management and communication strategy alignment
Lead and inspire a small team, providing guidance on daily activities and project execution
Ensure communication efforts effectively target and engage B2B audiences in line with the organization's goals

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in PR, communication, or related fields, with a proven track record in B2B environments
Native-level German proficiency (essential) and fluency in English
Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on approach and willingness to manage both strategic and operational tasks
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
