Are you a dynamic communication professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and shape PR and communication strategies? We’re seeking a PR & Communication Manager to step in for a maternity cover. This role offers the chance to drive impactful projects and oversee a broad range of communication channels, all while working closely with a passionate team and senior leadership. Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies across multiple channels, including podcasts, newsletters, social media, and media relations
  • Manage and coordinate external service providers, including PR agencies and freelancers, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns
  • Oversee brand strategy and development, working closely with an in-house designer to create impactful materials and maintain brand consistency
  • Prepare key stakeholders for events and conferences, including crafting presentations and briefing materials
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership on team management and communication strategy alignment
  • Lead and inspire a small team, providing guidance on daily activities and project execution
  • Ensure communication efforts effectively target and engage B2B audiences in line with the organization's goals

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in PR, communication, or related fields, with a proven track record in B2B environments
  • Native-level German proficiency (essential) and fluency in English
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to manage both strategic and operational tasks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
