Job Description

The Manager, Commissions is part of the Commissions group reporting within the Magenta Service Center. This position is responsible for the Operations and Analysis of Sales/Care Incentive Compensation. The Manager leads a team consisting of Sr Analysts and Analysts responsible for the support of our Sales/Care Teams as well as the Compensation Design Team responsible for driving changes that are fiscally responsible and effective in driving sales as well as customer experience. The Manager works daily with Sales Executives providing leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and successful adherence of departmental service level agreements
  • Align executive strategic direction to tactical implementation
  • Drive process improvements within commissions and other sales operations processes
  • Work daily with Sales/Care Management, Finance, and peer Operations teams to provide leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations
  • Administer and seek automation of commission functions
  • Responsible for achieving service quality results, as well as being proactive regarding upcoming issues or concerns
  • Act as a process liaison for multiple Compensation Policy and Processes and working with other teams to ensure operations are being covered accordingly

  • 2-4 years Experience in managing an Operational group. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Work experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting, Sales Compensation experience. (Preferred)
