5+ years progressive experience in program and project management, consulting, strategy, planning, or change management / transformation initiatives
Post-secondary degree
Experience within travel and hospitality an asset
Experience working across a diverse group of stakeholders to bring together ideas, drive a clear mandate and agenda to keep the team focused on delivering key results
Ability to connect enterprise priorities to actionable programs and outcomes
Experience supporting delivery of strategic priorities and initiatives from planning through execution and field implementation
